The terrorist Houthi militia announced, on Tuesday, a series of new raids targeting areas under its control in Yemen, for the third consecutive day.

The militia's media said that the (American-British) aircraft launched an airstrike on the Al-Sawma'ah district in Al-Bayda Governorate (central Yemen), claiming that the raid targeted a civilian car.

In a separate statement, the militia's media said early this morning that the Al-Faza area in the At-Tuhayta district, south of Hodeidah, was subjected to three airstrikes, without further details.

Yesterday, Monday, the militia announced 9 raids targeting areas in Amran and Saada, a day after 10 raids in the capital, Amran, and Sana'a.

The US forces have not issued a statement about the nature of the targets of the raids that were launched today, Tuesday, and yesterday, Monday, until the time of writing this news.

On Sunday, the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced that its fighter jets had launched several airstrikes on advanced weapons storage facilities belonging to the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen.

A US defense official said the weapons were used to attack military and civilian ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, according to Agence France-Presse.

Since the beginning of this year, the United States of America has been launching air strikes targeting the Houthi military capabilities, in response to the attacks launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia on cargo ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, which it says are in support of Gaza, which has been subjected to an Israeli war of extermination since the beginning of October 2023.
