A young man died in the Al-Abr area while traveling to work in Saudi Arabia

A young Yemeni man died on board a public transport bus in the Al-Abr area, while he was traveling to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Local sources said that the young man (Khaled Ahmed Hassan Al-Laith), a resident of the city of Ibb (central Yemen), and who hails from the Al-Siyani district in the south of the governorate, died on Tuesday in the Al-Abr area, while he was on board a public transport bus traveling to work in Saudi Arabia.

Al Baraka International Transport Company mourned the young man, Al Laith, who it said died of natural causes in the Al Abr area while he was heading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on one of the company’s buses, expressing its condolences to the family of the deceased and all of the Al Laith family.

The difficult humanitarian and economic conditions in the country due to the decade-long war have pushed tens of thousands of Yemenis to emigrate to Saudi Arabia in order to improve their families’ living conditions.
