Khaled Al-Awlaki is a victim of a domestic violence incident in Shabwa/Tawasul
A citizen was killed and his wife and son were injured, in the latest crime of domestic violence in Shabwa Governorate (south-eastern Yemen).
Local sources said that a young man (yesterday, Saturday) killed his uncle (his father's brother), his wife and their son, in an incident of domestic violence, in the village of Al-Auja in the Sadr Baras area of the Upper Egypt District, south of Shabwa Governorate.
The sources added that the citizen (Khaled Qais Al-Habhab Al-Barasi Al-Awlaki) was killed and his wife and son were injured, after his brother’s son opened fire on them inside their house in an incident whose motives are not yet known.
In recent months and years, family-related murders and revenge cases have escalated in the governorate, which is under the control of the UAE-backed Transitional Council forces.
