Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak arrived today, Wednesday, in Marib Governorate as part of his field visits to the liberated governorates to review their conditions, address the concerns and suffering of citizens, and follow up on the efforts made by the local authority leaders to improve service, living and development aspects, in addition to developments in the military and security situations.
The Prime Minister will participate with the people of Marib Governorate in the celebrations of the Yemeni revolution holidays of September, October and November, amidst a large popular and public momentum to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the glorious September 26 Revolution, which the Yemenis realized during 10 lean years since the Houthi priestly coup, the greatness of its achievements and the popular awareness rejecting the dynastic project on the path to restoring the spirit of the September Revolution, its national gains and its republican system.
During the visit, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak will hold meetings with the leadership of the local and executive authority, military and security leaders, and political, social and tribal figures in the governorate, and will open and inaugurate work on a number of service and development projects in Marib.
The Prime Minister praised the distinguished model presented by the local authority in Ma'rib Governorate in establishing the prestige of the state and its institutions, managing the affairs of citizens, and implementing a cohesive security plan to control the situation and thwart the plans and attempts of the terrorist Houthi militias to destabilize security and stability.
He stressed that this approach is what the government is keen to see prevail in all liberated governorates, including the model of social coexistence, noting that Ma'rib Governorate embraces all the displaced Yemenis from their areas due to the brutality and arrogance of the terrorist militia.
The Prime Minister is accompanied during the visit by the Ministers of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammar Al-Eryani, Finance Salem bin Braik, Interior Major General Ibrahim Haydan, Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, Industry and Trade Mohammed Al-Ashwal, Electricity and Energy Eng. Manea bin Yamin, Director of the Prime Minister's Office Eng.
