According to the newspaper, the militia has carried out more than 6 similar campaigns since the beginning of this year, with the aim of forcing them to pay levies, the last of which was a campaign about a month ago that arbitrarily and extortedly targeted merchants and vendors in the “Al-Muthallath” market in the city of Dhamar, resulting in the destruction of small shops, the confiscation of carts, and the destruction of goods.
