An armed gang burned down a citizen's house in a town in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen), amidst the security chaos witnessed by the governorate, which is under the control of the Houthi coup militia.

Local sources said that an armed gang set fire to a citizen's house last night in the village of "Hadhar" in the Habish district (north of Ibb).

The sources explained that the targeted house belongs to the citizen (Rashad Hamoud Fazaa), which led to the burning of the house and the destruction of all its contents, without recording any human losses.

Armed gangs are spreading in the areas of Habish and the neighboring areas of Al-Makhader and the countryside of Ibb (north of Ibb), practicing the crimes of robbery, looting, banditry, and attacking citizens’ homes, amid the complicity of the security services affiliated with the Houthi militia.

According to local sources, the Houthi militia knows these gangs, some of whose members are loyal to them, but they do nothing about their crimes despite the continuous complaints from citizens, passersby and travelers.
