He also explained that on June 13, 2024, a criminal report regarding the kidnapping incident was registered with the Kabuta Police No.: 40 of 2024, after ensuring that surveillance camera recordings were followed, noting that the first report was a missing report, as all security services in Aden were contacted and they reported that there was no victim. It was also stated that the defendants who provided logistical assistance during the kidnapping incident were arrested by monitoring and following the victim’s movements in the technical area, as well as Sheikh Othman and Mansoura, two days before the kidnapping incident occurred.

He pointed out that by following surveillance cameras, the car of the victim Ashal was found in the Bir Fadl area on June 27, 2024, where a team went to the crime scene, photographed the car in the same location, and fingerprints were removed from the body of the car, and then it was transferred to the Criminal Investigation and Investigation Department. on her.

He explained that by identifying the homes of the defendants, Samih Al-Nourji, and his brother-in-law, Bakil Mukhtar, the home of Bakil Mukhtar’s family was searched, two automatic weapons belonging to the aforementioned defendants were seized, and a number of thirty-nine plots of land were seized, as sought by the Amwaj Association in the Inma area, including thirty-five contracts in the name of the defendant, Yusran Al-Maqtari, and four contracts. additional.
