Today, Sunday, the West Ibb Court issued a death sentence against a man convicted of killing four members of his family in one of the governorate’s towns.

Human rights sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that the West Ibb Court, headed by Judge Fares Al-Hamoudi, issued a death sentence against the defendant "Haitham Abdo Ahmed Al-Hayashi", who was convicted of killing four members of his family.

The ruling, which came after an urgent trial, ordered the perpetrator to be executed in a public place.

On the second of this month, Al-Hayashi killed his brother’s wife, her mother, and two of her children, and cut up their bodies and put them in sacks inside their home in the village of Al-Jira in the Al-Sahoul area, north of the city of Ibb.

Ibb Governorate, which is under the control of the terrorist Houthi militia, is witnessing widespread security chaos and the widespread spread of criminal crimes, including domestic violence crimes, as one of the worst outcomes of the war at the societal level.
