Revenge issues...tribal clashes erupt in Nassab District, Shabwa

Last night, tribal clashes broke out in one of the towns of Shabwa Governorate (south-eastern Yemen), over revenge issues.

Local sources said that armed clashes broke out between the (Al Ahmed bin Saleh) and (Al Abdullah bin Saleh) tribes, in the Dharaa area, west of Nissab District.

The sources added that the clashes that broke out as a result of revenge issues between the two tribes involved the use of various types of weapons, including heavy weapons, without interference from the authorities.

Shabwa Governorate, which is under the control of the UAE-backed Transitional Council forces, is witnessing security chaos and a wide spread of tribal conflicts and revenge issues, amid the authorities’ inability to establish security and stability.
