The occupation bombs all aspects of life.. Hamas calls on the world to take steps to stop the "generals' plan" in northern Gaza

The leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Osama Hamdan, said that the occupation forces continue to isolate the northern Gaza Strip and tighten the siege on it, describing what is happening in Jabalia and its camp as a complete genocide, calling on the international community and the United Nations to take urgent steps to save civilians in this area.

Hamdan added, in a videotaped speech, that the occupation is bombing all aspects of life in Jabalia, preventing the recovery of martyrs and wounded, and preventing any aid from reaching the area, stressing that these developments are a prelude to implementing what is called the "generals' plan" aimed at completely isolating northern Gaza, cutting off aid to those present there, and considering them fighters to justify killing them.

Hamdan stressed that all the Israeli movements being monitored on the ground in the northern Gaza Strip "confirm that we are facing one of the most depraved and Nazi military plans in modern history, devised by leaders who have no morals or military honor, and which demonstrates blatant disregard for international laws."

He added that this plan "is the culmination of a whole year of brutal genocide in which the Nazi occupation army used all kinds of weapons and massacres that are shameful, but which did not enable it to achieve its goals and did not push the people to leave their land."

He said that these practices are not war, but rather a violation of all international laws and norms, and that the international community must hold "this Zionist occupation accountable," stressing that the values of humanity are suffering a major setback in light of the continued "arrogance and fascism of this occupation, which threatens the survival of the international system."

Hamdan called on the international community and the United Nations to overcome the American will, and take decisions to protect civilians, stop the crimes committed against them, and hold the leaders of the occupation accountable. He held the American administration responsible for the massacres, starvation, and siege that the Palestinians in Gaza are being subjected to.

Hamdan said that the United States is involved in all the Israeli massacres by continuing to adopt the same political narrative that represents a cover for the occupation.

He called on the Arab and Islamic countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League "to take immediate and urgent action by all means, in the streets, squares, universities and unions, to exert all pressure and influence to stop the Zionist occupation's aggression in killing and displacing our people."

He added, "We call on opinion leaders and scholars in our nation to work hard to activate the nation's role and movement in confronting the Zionist aggression and American support for this aggression."

He concluded by saying, "We reiterate our affirmation that this brutal plan, called the 'Generals' Plan', is doomed to failure. Just as all attempts by the occupation government and its fascist army, over the course of a whole year of genocide and criminality, to subjugate our people, or force them to emigrate or surrender, have been shattered, its plan in the northern Gaza Strip will be shattered, before the rock of steadfastness, will and resilience of our steadfast people in the northern Gaza Strip, and the bravery and courage of our valiant resistance."
