Gaza.. a massacre in Israeli bombing targeting displaced people and fighting from zero distance in Rafah

The Israeli occupation forces carried out a direct bombardment on a school housing displaced people in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City, resulting in martyrs and wounded. The bombing also continued on other areas in the besieged Strip on Saturday, while the Palestinian resistance said it was waging fierce battles to repel incursions into Rafah, south of the Strip. .

The Gaza Civil Defense Service said, in a statement via Telegram, that 10 Palestinians were killed and a number of others were injured (which it did not specify) in an Israeli bombing that targeted the Hamama School, which shelters displaced people in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.

Later, the agency said, in a statement via Telegram, that Israeli planes again bombed the same school and its surroundings with 3 missiles, for the second time in less than an hour.

He added that the new bombing led to a rise in casualties to 16 Palestinian deaths, in addition to an (unspecified) number of wounded, some of whom were “seriously” injured.

He stated that civil defense crews are facing difficulties in recovering more victims after renewed bombing.

Meanwhile, a medical source at Al-Maamdani Hospital in Gaza City told Anadolu: “We received a number of martyrs and wounded, including children, as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted Hamama School.”

Eyewitnesses explained to Anadolu that the bombing destroyed a number of classrooms in that school, which was crowded with displaced Palestinians.

While the Israeli army acknowledged attacking the school, it claimed that Hamas was using it as a “Hamas command and control complex.”

While the Hamas movement responded through a statement, saying, “The fascist occupation army is blatant in its blatant lies through which it claims to use civilian sites, including schools, hospitals, displacement and shelter centers, for military purposes, and uses these lies as a pretext to target defenseless civilians.”
