The "Yemeni Youth Net" website opens the file of exporting "black sand" in Hadhramaut Governorate, and suspicions of corruption and the legality of the agreements concluded with the Chinese company, amid accusations of smuggling and dredging of mineral wealth at a low price and in violation of the laws that prohibit the export of black sand raw materials.

The Attorney General of the Republic of Yemen, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, directed the head of the Central Organization for Control and Accounting, Judge Abu Bakr Al-Saqqaf, to open an investigation into allegations of smuggling "black sand raw material" out of the country through the port of Mukalla.
