Today, Friday, the Southern Transitional Council directed its forces to be on alert in Aden and the governorates of Abyan and Lahj, ahead of the demonstration called for by the tribes of Abyan regarding the case of the kidnapped Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani.

A memorandum issued by the command and control center of the so-called “Southern Forces” addressed to the military and security formations said, “You must raise the degree of readiness and security vigilance, be present at your workplaces on an ongoing basis, and communicate and coordinate continuously with the Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, Minister of Defense, and all forces will be "No, in her camp."

She added, "Security must strengthen the security points and deployment and not allow any activity, whatever it may be, in Abyan, Lahj, Aden, or the rest of the governorates, and prevent any suspicious elements claiming to demonstrate from entering Aden. You must maintain security and public tranquility in the capital, Aden, and all the governorates."

This comes after the Abyan tribes called for millions to gather at the parade square in Aden tomorrow, Saturday, in solidarity with the kidnapped Lieutenant Colonel Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani and to demand that his fate be revealed, about a month and a half after he was kidnapped by the so-called anti-terrorism force of the Transitional Council.

Earlier today, the Aden Security Committee called on, in a statement, the Ashal family and all members of the Al-Jaadani tribe, to block the way for those it described as “lurkers” and to cooperate with the security authorities that are still pursuing the rest of the defendants in the “Ashal” case by arresting a number of the accused. Submitting warrants to Interpol to arrest the remaining defendants outside the country and hand them over to justice.

The statement appealed to “all honorable people to cooperate, exercise restraint, and stand united alongside the security services in the governorates of Aden and Abyan to complete the procedures for arresting the perpetrators and handing them over to the criminal prosecution” in the temporary capital, Aden, so that “the last threads of this crime and its circumstances are reached as quickly as possible.”

The security committee also warned “against attempts to create marches that may be exploited to spread chaos, especially at this dangerous stage, during which other parties, according to confirmed information, aim to create problems,” in addition to attacking “the people of the South” against each other and consolidating the policy of chaos in the temporary capital, Aden, and throughout the country.

Yesterday, Thursday, the Director of Aden Police, Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, revealed, in a press briefing, the results of the investigations into the case of the kidnapping of Lieutenant Colonel Ali Abdullah Ashal Al-Jaadani, confirming that the commander of the so-called anti-terrorism force of the Transitional Council, Yusran Al-Maqtari, was behind the crime, pointing out that the international Interpol had been contacted for the arrest. Ali and his deputy after they fled outside the country (the Emirates).

For its part, the Abyan Governorate Security Command, the Presidential Command Council and the Southern Transitional Council held the responsibility for bringing the main perpetrators of the kidnapping of Lieutenant Colonel Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani, after investigations showed that they fled outside the country.

In a statement, the Abyan Governorate Security Command called for the direct intervention of the Arab coalition to contribute to uncovering the fate of Lieutenant Colonel Ashal, given its technical and logistical capabilities on land, sea and air, and his being the primary responsible for the liberated areas.

It also announced its support for the Ashal Millionaire, scheduled to be held on August 3, calling on the security services in the capital, Aden, and the Supreme Security Committee, under the leadership of His Excellency the Minister of Defense, to protect the demonstrators from the people of Abyan Governorate and all the people of the south, who will flock in the tens of thousands to the parade square on Saturday.
